If you aspire to be a culinary all-rounder then our 6-week Cookery Skills Course is for you! This course is designed for novice cooks looking to develop a wide range of cookery techniques. You will leave the course with a repertoire of skills and recipes to carry on making at home.
Class One: April 2nd 2025 at 6pm – 8:30pm
Class Two: April 9th 2025 at 6pm – 8:30pm
Class Three: April 16th 2025 at 6pm – 8:30pm
Class Four: April 23rd 2025 at 6pm – 8:30pm
Class Five: April 30th 2025 at 6pm – 8:30pm
Class Six: May 7th 2025 at 6pm – 8:30pm
THE COURSE WILL CONSIST OF 6 x 2.5-HOUR SESSIONS HELD AT THE SAME TIME EACH WEEK FOR SIX CONSECUTIVE WEEKS.

- Week 1 – KNIFE SKILLS AND STIR-FRYING
We start nice and easy – mastering some simple but effective knife skills.
- Week 2 – Northern Indian Cooking
Make a selection Northern Indian classics.
- Week 3 – The Fish Class
In this session we will break down a whole fish and transform it into an amazing dish.
- Week 4 – The Pasta Class
This week we focus on making pasta from scratch and creating a delectable flat pasta dish.
- Week 5 – The Chicken Class
Breaking down a whole chicken is the focus here. With each part of the chicken we will create 4 fantastic dishes, making the most of every part of this great bird.
- Week 6 – The Patisserie Class
End this journey on a sweet note. Tarte Tatin and Crème Anglaise make an appearance in the final week of this 6 Week Course.

You do not need to bring anything with you – we provide the aprons, ingredients and equipment
You’ll be taught by our expert chef – we encourage guests to ask questions, get involved and most importantly – have fun!
Every group cooks at their own pace, so class times can vary a little. We’ll always aim to stick to the schedule, but things might wrap up a bit earlier or run a little longer depending on how everyone’s getting on.
We love using fresh, seasonal produce, so ingredients might change slightly from class to class. Don’t worry – any swaps will be just as tasty and in keeping with the spirit of the dish!
Enjoy your feast in our kitchen with a drink from our carefully picked selection of beers, wines or soft drinks – or pack it up to take home. It’s up to you!

In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your place on a class, you may do so in writing by email or by post no later than 14 days prior to the class date without charge. However, if you cancel less than 14 days prior to the class date, you will not be eligible for a refund, you may of course swap the name on your booking so someone else can attend in your place.
Although highly unlikely, we do reserve the right to cancel a class or course due to circumstances beyond our control, in which case you can either transfer your booking to an equivalent class or a full refund will be given.
