-
• Albóndigas – Traditional Spanish meatballs, often served as a tapa or part of a larger meal. These tender, flavorful meatballs are typically made with a mixture of ground beef or pork.
• Pescaito Frito – A traditional Spanish dish, particularly popular in the southern region of Andalusia. It features small, tender fish, such as baby squid, anchovies, or whitebait, that are lightly coated in flour and fried to golden perfection. The dish is known for its crisp texture and delicate flavour, making it a beloved street food and tapas option.
• Padrón Peppers – Small, mild green peppers originating from the town of Padrón in Galicia, Spain. Known for their unique flavour, these peppers are often served as a tapas dish. While most are mild and sweet, some can be surprisingly hot, which adds an element of surprise and fun to the dish.
