-
Tortas – Typically served on a soft, toasted roll known as a ‘Telera’ or ‘Bolillo,’ these hearty sandwiches are filled with a variety of juicy meats, fresh vegetables, and vibrant condiments.
Tacos – Mexican dish celebrated for their versatility and vibrant flavours. Traditionally made with soft or crispy tortillas.
Elotes – Popular Mexican street food that features grilled corn on the cob. The corn is chargrilled until tender and slightly smoky, then generously slathered with a creamy mixture of mayonaisse, sour cream, or crema.
Tostadas – Mexican dish featuring crispy, flat tortillas that are toasted or fried until they reach a satisfying crunch. These versatile bases are then topped with a variety of ingredients.
