-
- Jerk Chicken – Marinated in a fiery mix of Scotch bonnet, allspice and thyme, this Jamaican favourite is packed with bold, smoky flavour and cooked until perfectly charred and juicy.
- Peppered Shrimp – Fiery and flavourful seafood dish that embodies the bold tastes of Jamaican cuisine. These succulent shrimps are marinated in a robust blend of spices, including scotch bonnet peppers, garlic, and a medley of aromatic herbs.
- Festivals – These traditional fried cornmeal dumplings are a staple at Jamaican street food stalls and festive gatherings.
- Plantain – When fried, plantains are often cut into thin slices or diagonal pieces and cooked until golden and crispy on the outside while remaining soft and sweet inside.
