• Pakora – A popular Indian snack made by dipping vegetables, paneer, or other ingredients in a spiced gram flour batter and deep-frying them until golden and crispy. Loved for their crunch and bold flavours, pakoras are a staple of Indian street food and a favourite during tea time or rainy days.
• Pav Bhaji – A quintessential Indian street food dish, originating from Mumbai. It features a spiced vegetable mash (bhaji) served with soft, buttery bread rolls (pav). This dish is a flavour-packed comfort food that balances warmth, spice, and richness in every bite.
• Dal (or Dhal) – A classic Indian dish made with lentils, simmered with aromatic spices, and often enriched with ghee or oil for a comforting, nutritious, and flavourful meal.
