-
- Sui Mai – A staple of the dim sum cuisine. Shu mai is an open topped dumpling filled with either steamed pork of finely chopped shrimp.
- Choy Sum – This ‘fancai’ is a delicious accompaniment to any protein or can be a stand out on the table in its own right.
- Ngao Yuk – Tangerine flavoured beef balls. A classic meaty dim sum that must be tried and tasted.

Every group cooks at their own pace, so class times can vary a little. We’ll always aim to stick to the schedule, but things might wrap up a bit earlier or run a little longer depending on how everyone’s getting on.
We love using fresh, seasonal produce, so ingredients might change slightly from class to class. Don’t worry – any swaps will be just as tasty and in keeping with the spirit of the dish!
Enjoy your feast in our kitchen with a drink from our carefully picked selection of beers, wines or soft drinks – or pack it up to take home. It’s up to you!
