Keftedes: Juicy Greek meatballs bursting with herbs and spices. Made with a mix of beef or lamb, garlic, oregano, and fresh parsley, then pan-fried till golden. Perfect served with tzatziki, warm flatbreads, or a crisp salad.
Moussaka: A proper Greek classic – layers of tender aubergine, spiced meat sauce, and creamy béchamel, all baked until golden and bubbling. It’s rich, hearty, and full of sunshiney flavour. A real comfort food winner.
Calamari & Sardines: Crispy, golden calamari rings and fresh sardines, lightly dusted and flash-fried for that perfect crunch. Served simply with lemon and herbs – light, zesty, and straight from the Med. Great as a starter or a sharing plate.
Chickpea & Mint Salad: Fresh, zippy, and packed with goodness. This salad combines creamy chickpeas, loads of fresh mint, lemon juice and a touch of olive oil – a proper refreshing side that goes beautifully with grilled meats or fish.

You’ll be taught by our expert chef – we encourage guests to ask questions, get involved and most importantly – have fun!
Every group cooks at their own pace, so class times can vary a little. We’ll always aim to stick to the schedule, but things might wrap up a bit earlier or run a little longer depending on how everyone’s getting on.
We love using fresh, seasonal produce, so ingredients might change slightly from class to class. Don’t worry – any swaps will be just as tasty and in keeping with the spirit of the dish!

In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your place on a class, you may do so in writing by email or by post no later than 14 days prior to the class date without charge. However, if you cancel less than 14 days prior to the class date, you will not be eligible for a refund, you may of course swap the name on your booking so someone else can attend in your place.
Although highly unlikely, we do reserve the right to cancel a class or course due to circumstances beyond our control, in which case you can either transfer your booking to an equivalent class or a full refund will be given.
