- Nasi Goreng – A popular Indonesian fried rice dish known for its smoky flavour, rich seasoning, and versatility. This dish typically includes rice stir-fried with sweet soy sauce, garlic, shallots, chilli, and a variety of ingredients such as shrimp, chicken, or vegetables.
- Sambal Udong – A fiery Malaysian favourite that’s all about bold, punchy flavour. Juicy prawns are cooked in a rich sambal sauce made with chilli, garlic, shallots and tamarind – it’s spicy, tangy, and totally moreish. Perfect served with steamed rice to soak up all that delicious sauce.
- Kerabu Beehoon – A light, zesty Malaysian noodle salad that’s bursting with fresh flavour. Vermicelli rice noodles and fresh prawns are tossed with herbs like mint and Thai basil, crunchy veg, and a tangy-spicy dressing made with lime, chilli, and shrimp paste. It’s vibrant, refreshing, and perfect as a side or a punchy main on a warm day!

You’ll be taught by our expert chef – we encourage guests to ask questions, get involved and most importantly – have fun!
Every group cooks at their own pace, so class times can vary a little. We’ll always aim to stick to the schedule, but things might wrap up a bit earlier or run a little longer depending on how everyone’s getting on.
We love using fresh, seasonal produce, so ingredients might change slightly from class to class. Don’t worry – any swaps will be just as tasty and in keeping with the spirit of the dish!

In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your place on a class, you may do so in writing by email or by post no later than 14 days prior to the class date without charge. However, if you cancel less than 14 days prior to the class date, you will not be eligible for a refund, you may of course swap the name on your booking so someone else can attend in your place.
Although highly unlikely, we do reserve the right to cancel a class or course due to circumstances beyond our control, in which case you can either transfer your booking to an equivalent class or a full refund will be given.
