-
- TanTan Ramen: Inspired by the bold flavours of Sichuan cuisine, Tantan Ramen is a rich, spicy bowl of comfort. The broth is creamy and nutty from sesame paste, with a kick of chilli oil and loads of umami. It’s usually topped with seasoned pork mince, noodles, and fresh greens – perfect for those that like a little kick!
- Yakitori: A classic Japanese street food consisting of bite-sized pieces of chicken skewered on bamboo sticks and grilled over charcoal. Brushed with a soy and honey glaze, these little bites are perfect for sharing!
- Karaage: Everyone’s favourite Japanese take on fried chicken. Karaage is made by marinating bite-sized pieces of chicken in a punchy mix of soy sauce, ginger and garlic, then coating them lightly in potato starch before frying until golden and crisp.
