-
- Feijoada – Feijao translating simply as black bean is a rich stew made predominately from the unused parts of the pig i.e. feet, ears, as well as other smoked meats for that depth of flavour.
- Ceviche – A dish served at the Fiestas Patrias this summer dish has all the vibrance of Peru itself.
- Asado chicken – A dish originating from the Gauchos, asado traditionally cooked with beef is a tremendous feat of cooking.
- Corocao de frango – These little offal bites are truly amazing, cooked right and they will pack such incredible flavour.
