Cook Classic Italian Dishes
Transport your tastebuds to Northern Italy in this rich and rustic Italian Masterclass. You’ll learn to create soft, pillowy gnocchi from scratch, then pair it with a beautifully braised osso buco — tender veal slow-cooked with vegetables, wine, and broth for deep, luxurious flavour. To finish, you’ll whip up a bright, zesty gremolata that cuts through the richness and ties the dish together perfectly.
This hands-on workshop is a celebration of seasonal ingredients, fresh herbs, and the kind of soul-warming food that brings people together. Cook, learn, and savour every bite in true Italian style.

- Ossobucco – A traditional Italian dish from the Lombardy region, consisting of cross-cut veal shanks braised with vegetables, white wine, and broth. The name “ossobuco” means “bone with a hole,” referring to the marrow-filled bone at the centre of the veal shank, which adds a rich, luxurious depth of flavour to the dish.
- Gnocchi – A dish made from soft, pillowy dumplings typically crafted from potatoes, flour, and eggs. This versatile dish can be paired with a variety of sauces, from rich tomato-based ragùs to simple butter and sage, making it a favourite in Italian cuisine.
- Gremolata – A zesty Italian condiment traditionally made with fresh parsley, garlic, and lemon zest. It’s most famously served as a bright, flavourful topping for rich dishes like Ossobuco, but it can also elevate grilled meats, roasted vegetables, or even pasta dishes with its fresh, citrusy kick.
