- French Onion Soup – Known for its deep, rich flavours and hearty nature, it’s a timeless staple of French cuisine, often enjoyed as an appetiser or a warming meal on a cold day.
- Coq Au Vin – A rich, deeply flavoured French stew that combines tender chicken with the robust flavours of red wine, earthy mushrooms, and smoky bacon.
- Tarte Tatin – A classic French dessert that features caramelised apples baked under a golden, buttery pastry. In this session we will create a savoury deritive using shallots and Roquefort cheese.

You’ll be taught by our expert chef – we encourage guests to ask questions, get involved and most importantly – have fun!
Every group cooks at their own pace, so class times can vary a little. We’ll always aim to stick to the schedule, but things might wrap up a bit earlier or run a little longer depending on how everyone’s getting on.
We love using fresh, seasonal produce, so ingredients might change slightly from class to class. Don’t worry – any swaps will be just as tasty and in keeping with the spirit of the dish!

In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your place on a class, you may do so in writing by email or by post no later than 14 days prior to the class date without charge. However, if you cancel less than 14 days prior to the class date, you will not be eligible for a refund, you may of course swap the name on your booking so someone else can attend in your place.
Although highly unlikely, we do reserve the right to cancel a class or course due to circumstances beyond our control, in which case you can either transfer your booking to an equivalent class or a full refund will be given.
